I was walking home from school the other day, wearing my Creepers. I passed a couple of kids, who were probably 8 years of age, both girls.
Girl 1: Look at her shoes! They're terrible!
Girl 2: YUCK!
Me: Excuse me? These are genuine Underground England Creepers, made of real leather, in England. And they look cool. Where as your pink sneakers are probably made in China using child labor. I wonder whose shoes are really the terrible ones.

Nine years ago a heart stopped beating
Joe Strummer died nine years ago. I wasn’t aware of Joe’s existence when he was still alive, I was only 8 years old when he passed away. But I’m well aware of it now. And I’m glad I am.
I admire Joe so much. He was so genuine and honest, and he stood up for people he cared about. I feel like that’s rare now. He was also a very wise man. Joe and the other three...

Just finished painting the skateboard. I had to take it outside the house because, according to mum, Mick stinks. Anyways, you guys will see it tomorrow. While you’re waiting, here’s a picture of me painting it:
